WARM BLACKBERRY COMPOTE + GREEK YOGURT AND GRANOLA

Ingredients
- 6 oz (about 1½ cups) blackberries or raspberries
- ½ Teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon water
- Greek Yogurt (I used vanilla)
- PaddyO's Granola
Instructions
- In small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally, leave uncovered.
- Let simmer approximately 10-12 minutes or until berries/sauce has reduced and thickened slightly (remember it will thicken up more as it cools).
- Let cool slightly and then either serve warm or refrigerate for later.
- Serve over greek yogurt and with granola
