Ingredients
  1. 6 oz (about 1½ cups) blackberries or raspberries
  2. ½ Teaspoon lemon zest
  3. 1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 Tablespoons sugar
  5. 1 Tablespoon water
  6. Greek Yogurt (I used vanilla)
  7. PaddyO's Granola
Instructions
  1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally, leave uncovered.
  3. Let simmer approximately 10-12 minutes or until berries/sauce has reduced and thickened slightly (remember it will thicken up more as it cools).
  4. Let cool slightly and then either serve warm or refrigerate for later.
  5. Serve over greek yogurt and with granola
