HEALTHY GRANOLA YOGURT POPSICLES (GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN & REFINED SUGAR-FREE)

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or milk of choice
  3. 2 tbsp agave or sticky syrup
  4. 1/3 cup PaddyO's gluten-free granola
  5. 1 kiwi or sliced fruit of choice
  6. 1/4 c blueberries or fruit of choice
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk and agave until smooth.
  2. Drop sliced fruit (kiwi) into the bottom of 5 popsicle molds.
  3. Layer with yogurt mixture, blueberries (or fruit of choice) and more yogurt leaving 1/4 inch of room at the top.
  4. Fill with granola.
  5. Press the granola into the yogurt.
  6. Insert a popsicle stick and freeze for at least 4 hours.
