Ingredients
  1. 1 envelope (1/4 ounce) unflavored powdered gelatin
  2. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  3. 1/3 cup sugar
  4. Pinch of coarse salt
  5. 1 container (17.6 ounces) plain Greek yogurt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  7. Sliced strawberries and PaddyO's Granola, for serving
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water in a bowl; let soften, about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 cup cream, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin.
  3. Whisk together yogurt and remaining 1/2 cup cream in a bowl.
  4. Whisk in gelatin mixture and vanilla.
  5. Divide among 8 shallow 6-ounce dishes.
  6. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
  7. Serve, with berries and granola.
